Adult Fitness?

What do you mean by that, and how can it help me?

Well, I created Team DestinationRipped shortly after my transformation, (which you will see later in the post). Why did I create Team DestinationRipped?

 The Mission of Team Destination Ripped is to Change Lives Through Fitness!  My goal as your coach is to help you achieve the above 3 questions through a healthy lifestyle and through fitness!  I am here to help guide you to achieve the fitness level you have always wanted but didn’t think that you could achieve.  The results, reviews, advise, and fumbles, which we all seem to have, are real and come from my own experience as I accomplished my transformation goals.

DestinationRipped is For adults who want to “get in shape” or just start eating healthier! Or are just sick of feeling like they are not getting any younger and life is passing them by, That want to feel like a teenager again, and want to change there unhealthy lifestyle and eating habits but just don’t know how. Team DestinationRipped promises to help you feel younger again, By teaching you proper eating habits combined with a workout that will change your life, Backed by the most sought after home-fitness workouts and team of individuals that have made the transformation themselves, To address the need for adults to be able to change there lives through fitness and proper nutrition, Since we understand how easy it is to let life pass us by, regretting some of the changes we never made

(Also, please don’t ask to cast me in your next superhero movie, I’m busy changing lives through fitness- LOL)

I Weighed 208 lbs and had 27% Body Fat!

Well not me exactly, this is me on day 1. Nice huh! Well this picture and my lack of fitness is one of the reasons why I have created Team DestinationRipped. It has taken me 2 rounds of P90X without following the nutrition plan and 10 months to realize, I needed to bring it. Notice I didn’t say wasted 10 months, because during that 10 months of busting my but doing the workouts with no results I learned what NOT to do.

I have always wanted the “Perfect” body. Unfortunately I was addicted to food, alcohol, nicotine, and too lazy to try to achieve it. I would watch the P90X transformation video’s while laying on my coach drinking a beer and make excuses of why I couldn’t do it. My excuses went from saying these transformations are fake too me just not having the motivation to get any further than writing down the phone # and web address of Beachbody.

One day it just clicked.  In the beginning of 2011 I decided I would give it a try. Try I did. I did the workouts everyday without missing one. The other side of this is that I didn’t follow the diet at all. I still ate whatever I wanted and drank beer most weekends. I would basically work out for nothing. I had a beachbody coach, but I didn’t pay much attention to him or his advice. After about 10 months of telling people I was doing P90x, I changed again. I was embarrassed of what results I had. They saw I made no progress and more importantly I knew I didn’t! I started to follow what my coach told me and my results started to take form. I have to say that my coach (coach Wayne) was a huge inspiration to me. So much that I created team DestinationRipped. I want to do for people what he did for me!

Next I signed up as a coach and started building this website. I started reading up about nutrition and supplements as much as I could. At the time of writing this post I am about 6 weeks away from my 90 day transformation from P90X2. Like the others that have done this before me, my results will be tremendous. In achieving what I have, my outlook on life and a lot of other things has changed yet again. I want to share all of this with you. Everything I have learned over the past year or so. Team DestinationRipped is something I have created for everyone that wants to change their life through fitness. Men and women alike. Me and my team of coaches will do everything we can to help you achieve whatever goals you set for yourselves. This is a central hub of information, that will grow as our team as a whole will grow.


How does this website work?  Well, there are blog sections (motivation, supplements, nutrition, etc.) that I post blogs in with my advice and tips. There are drop-down menus at the top that have links to Beachbody products you can buy (but before you buy something please ask me or read my reviews, because there are many things you probably don’t need in order to be successful and I can help you budget your money wisely), and there are some drop-down menus that link to my story and what I think are the most important things to know about using the workout programs and supplements.  Enjoy looking around!
